Slow Resistance Training (SRT) Foundations and Form
This 40 minute class is dedicated to teaching the essential moves and foundation of the SRT method. Foundations guides you through the essential SRT moves, giving you ample time in each exercise for transitions and form correction. This class is great for familiarizing yourself with both the workout and the machine.

This is our most popular class. SRT is designed for everyone, with seasoned athletes and first timers working out side by side. This 40 minute full body workout will push you out side of your comfort zone, while offering both variations and modifications for those looking to make their workout more intense or manageable.
In this 40 minute class you get the best of both worlds- Cardiovascular work and strength training! This class is designed for all levels, whether this is your first time or if you are a seasoned pro.
Prerequsite: None required but attendance of 5 of more SRT classes are highly recommended prior to the enrollment of this class.
Pilates and Meditation
This 40 minute true full body pilates class offering savasna to conclude each class. This class is a great addition to increase focus and/or relaxation.
This 40 minute group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and the elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challengeing work out.

Buti Yoga is a unique practice known for it’s cardio intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. It is designed to offer a calorie scorching, body sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
This type of training repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This type of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, battle ropes, and more. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
